1–Design Process
Visual identity: –Logo Design: Developed a logotype combining geometric sans-serif typography with subtle nods to scientific notation. –Color Palette: Selected a monochromatic scheme with accents of muted earth tones to reflect both the lab environment and natural coffee elements. –Typography: Utilized a clean, modern typeface to maintain readability and align with the brand's minimalist aesthetic.
Packaging: –Label System: Created a modular label design featuring clear hierarchies for coffee origin, roast level, and tasting notes. –Materials: Chose sustainable, matte-finish materials to enhance tactile experience and reflect the brand's commitment to quality.
2–Reflection
This project reinforced the importance of consistency across all brand touchpoints. By maintaining a clear visual language and thoughtful design choices, Brew Lab effectively communicates its unique positioning in the coffee market.
